I enjoyed reading this I not to sure if my W is in MLC or WAS. I think I'm a little confused with all this, not knowing which way to treat our situation.

Sorry you find yourself in this situation, this place is a tremendous help. Here is a link to the resources. Read and learn my friend. Unfortunatly only you can determine whether this is a crisis or not. Most importantly however is the work we as LBS's need to do is the same no matter what.
This is a long process with no guaratees, prepare for that. This will change you in so many ways if you allow it to. It's worth it to do the work, you will become a much improved person. Lord willing, you just might make it out with a new and improved marriage too.
