I spent my morning enrolling Marc in summer school. UGH! I had already enrolled him for the math remediation for the CRCT test that he failed (by 5 points!) which is free but he also failed Georgia History (because he refused to do homework or projects). The last $350 I had in my savings that I was to use for the car payment this month.....no idea how I'll make that now. I'm so mad at him. I should have just let him fail totally and repeat the 8th grade but he was having a meltdown at being left behind and his psychologist was concerned that if he repeats he could be further set back in his social abilities as well as his schoolwork. UGH!
Oh how I wish they still paid for blood donations.

Just popping in to say......not much going on here.
Marc starts summer school tomorrow morning....bright and early at 7:30a! Of course, I have to drive him there and pick him up since they don't offer bus service. It's going to be a rude awakening!
I went to a party at a friend's house Saturday night for her daughter's high school graduation. 120 people there, cars parked up and down all the surrounding streets, and the police finally showed up about midnight for a noise complaint. It's not really a party until the cops show up is it? I had a great time though.
This coming Saturday I am going to the Keith Urban concert in Atlanta. I was smart this time though and got a hotel room at the hotel attached to the arena so I don't have to drive home that late at night. I really don't want to curb my alcohol intake for the drive! HA!
I haven't talked to Gabe other than to ask him to take Marc to karate tonight since I have to work. I prefer it that way, a lot more peaceful. No other personal news.....boring boring boring

good for you.....good for you..I have a Keith Urban story for you..you'll like this...The song played at outr wedding..Kim and I ...for her to come in to..."I wanna be your everything" by Keith Urban...we both picked it out..I learned all the words in the months before the wedding..I would sing it to her...anyway a few months after the wedding old Keith just happens to be coming to do an outdoor concert at Bristol Motor speedway..so i score us tickets and surprise her with them..we load a cooler up with beer..and grab our chairs on the day of the concert...maybe 1000 people there in a cordoned off field at BMS...we are sitting right smack dab in the center of the field...center stage....ole Keith..breaks into "I wanna be your everything" I grab Kim's ass up out of that chair in front of all those people and slow dance with her and sing that song to the top of my lungs...LOL....pretty neat memory...
Keith puts on a good show..I know you'll enjoy it..have fun.

This is the 4th Keith concert I will have been to. He does put on a FABULOUS show! I've taken Marc the last two times but this time I'm taking one of my girlfriends. She's never been to a "stadium" concert. I have floor seats two steps off the catwalk so she should pee her pants over this one. Up close and personal!
