This morning went for a walk after the rain stopped. S13 went to the museum with his best buddy and family. S15 went out to play softball with his friends and I went gambling with my parents. It was a fun day for all. Now we are getting ready for bed.
Well, today I was a little down. It started with W and I meeting with S13's teachers to review what happened this past quarter with his grades dropping. The meeting went well and then we met with the school counselor to get some ideas for the summer. W told them all how she is planning to spend more time with S13 and I told her I really hope you do as you have not been spending much time with either kid. I was happy to see her but sad cause she looked so good and I realized how much I miss talking with her and spending time together, so, I keep praying she'll come home someday. Anyway, I was distracted at work most of the day and I know I'm still on a roller coaster this just happened to be a down day. I'm doing ok, as my down days now are farther apart and not nearly as low as they were a couple of months ago. Tonight, was much better reading the Bible and checking in on the kids as they come in and out of the house.
Today was much better. Work was crazy but went well and we even made money in our second quarter
Tonight, my parents took my and S15 out to dinner (S13 was with his friend from out of town) and then S15 and came home. He drove us home and is doing very well with the driving so far. Then I went on a walk and talked with my best friend whom I'm trying to get him to go out on Saturday and hang out.
Didn't hear from W today and she did not spend any time with S15 and only picked up and dropped off S13 from school.
Well, work was crazy busy today and tonight we are having issues so I get to stay up late
Anyway, W called me this afternoon to let me know she was having dinner with S15 and his girlfriend, which I said was good. She then proceeded to tell me that after she got out of work she used the Christmas gift I gave her which was a gift certificate for a massage. She said it was great but then she started crying cause they were playing George Winston and she started thinking about me and our college days together. I didn't really respond and she said it was a really emotional day for her. I was glad she was thinking about me and even told me as I think about her and pray for her everyday. She only stayed with the kids for about an hour and 45 minutes. She is not spending much time with them or even calling either kid much lately. Like I said I'm glad she told me about her day. I hope we get this issue at work resolved soon as I'm getting tired.
Had lots of problems at work all last night and today until around noon. Then we got things fixed, so we could do updates tonight to another computer. So, while I was waiting for the team to update the machine I baked some brownie cupcakes
Kids were out with their friends and W even called me again today just to tell me something and not about the kids. She told me how she ran into an old co-worker of hers whom I remembered from when she worked in a law office many years ago. I thought it was nice of her to think of me and call to let me know about this old friend. Anyway, going to bed earlier tonight as tired from yesterday.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I lifted weights yesterday, first time since the bomb dropped and am sore today but its a good feeling, will lift again tomorrow to work out some of the soreness.

Picked up my mom and her and the kids & I went to church and then to dinner. After the kids went back to their friends and we went shopping. Now reading the Bible and doing laundry...nice to be able to relax as I will have to work early tomorrow morning.
Today, had my mid-year review at work and it went very well. My manager (who knows my story) is very pleased with my performance so far for 2009 and has high expectations for me in the second half of the year. I'm looking forward to continue working on various projects and facilitating meetings and keeping management updated on my tasks
Went to dinner with my mom as my dad is out of town, then took her shopping. When I got home went on a long walk and talked with my best friend then read some more of the Bible. I'm enjoying the Bible as I never read it through before.
Now, waiting for some people at work to complete their tasks so I can go to bed. S13 is out of town visiting a friend and S15 is hanging with his friends. He should be home soon as his summer HS baseball season starts tomorrow!

Work has been going well this week, been busy and getting lots done which helps keep my mind of my sitch. S13 is coming home tonight from his out of town friend's house, I miss him very much. S15 started varsity summer baseball yesterday and they are 2-1. He pitch 3 scoreless innings today
Been spending lots of time with my mom as my dad is out of town and am enjoying our time together. She told me some of the neighborhood moms have friends they like to introduce to me which made me feel good and loved by my friends, but I told her I'm still praying for W to be saved and our family to be restored. However, I also said I'll keep that in mind
Still walking everyday (and reading the Bible now up to the book of Judges) and now getting in some weight lifting. Found a new challenge for myself at this site http://www.hundredpushups.com/ to see how long it will take me to complete, haven't started yet.
Today was a good day: S13 had his appointment with the neurologist this afternoon (W took S13 & I met them at the office). He is going to start on new preventive medicine which we are praying will stop or at least ease up his migraines so he can fully participate in sports and play with his friends. This medication will take up to 2 weeks to kick in and then S13 can go full speed outside and we'll see if its working. W and I got along as usual which makes me miss her even more, however, I'm ok and happy I'm home with the kids.
After the doctor's appt, I made burgers for dinner for S13, S15 and his girlfriend. Then S15 & friends went to the movies, S13 had a friend come over and I went a walk. I hope the rain eases up here as we are getting tired of it and my basement is taking a beating.
Its been very warm and rainy here (today just warm & sunny) Went for a bike ride this morning about 15 miles. Then came home and baked brownie cupcakes for Fathers day and did laundry and created a web site. In the late afternoon, went to a graduation party from a friend at work whose son graduated high school and is going to MIT. W did bring S13 something to eat tonight. Now, just reading the Bible and watching the Sox while S13 is playing xbox and S15 is out with his friends.
Oh, the kids are very happy that I finally turned on the A/C
