Hi guys, my son got better overnight, had high fever Friday, was feeling much better Sat morning and was out playing Sat afternoon. Which btw, given the nightmare I lived with him and my D sick for 2 years Non-stop, is a GREAT 180 for me (to allow him to "resume operations" so soon. When they were younger, with any kind of virus we would end up in the hospital. All vacation times were interrupted by their sicknesses, parties missed, weekends (they always got sick on a Friday night), bithdays, celebrations... Looking back, that was a nightmare. No surprise we collapsed.
Anyway, H came over Friday night, left Sunday with less words than 50 between us, less than 20 irrelevant to the kids. Today he called once, asked about the kids and that was it.
I took the kids out yesterday and this afternoon, cooked nice meals, took care of my summer clothes and found some I had forgotten about ( )mostly dresses and tops.I say found cause I am still not used to the idea of taking up all the space in all closets so I didnt check the ones "assigned" to H until today.
Other than that, the weather has been hot and my kids are super sweet and cute.
