Mishka, the letter I opened as it was in a blank envelope and read when I realised what it was, and then I found a whole bunch so I took them downstairs and put them in my 'married in 06' box which is to be opened at such a time when it won't rip my heart to shreds. Still though, reading that letter was hard. It was so lovely...
But, I have my necklace back, and a ring that belonged to an old lady that was sort of like my adopted grandmother when I was young, and a necklace my parents gave me at my graduation. So much for keeping things in safe places!!
