You mentioned that you don't pursue your W and it sounds as if you're doing a good job. Does this include not initiating any phone calls or E-mails to her?
For example, my W is sometimes looking for jobs outside the Company she works. I used to find some job leads and E-mail them to her. My concern is that if I don't help, the OM will... What about forwarding E-mails regarding friends, jokes, etc. I don't know where to draw the line here. She has basically stopped sending E-mails to me. Thoughts?
I thought others could learn from this as well. Thanks.
