Puppy - do you have any good hard-hitting questions concerning adultery you'd like me to include?

I'm completely detached emotionally... pretty much I'm trying to follow the "Splitting" recommendations of exposing her private persona in public to prevent her from attempting to control me via the legal arena again.

Peace offering or what?

I had allowed OM to borrow some weights I own last year. Naturally I didn't expect to see them again - but this evening when I arrived home I found my weights neatly stacked in front of my garage.

W was also quite talkative about D1 via text message today... normally I can barely get three words out of her.

Think they might be panicked since this is going to court and OM and his parents and other neighbors are named as potential witnesses I may call?

D1 was doing well this morning. She was playing around with the other kids and I got down on the floor to play as well. The daycare worker who was watching her said "D1 you look just like your daddy." Lots of W's coworkers have started empathizing/sympathizing with me because the picture is becoming a lot clearer. I haven't seen W since early this week, but if she is pregnant I'm sure her coworkers are noticing as well.

Anyway... I met the new worker who will be watching D1 finally, introduced myself. She said she had seen me before but we had never spoken. I was holding D1 and getting ready to leave, and when the new worker reached to her D1 buried her head in my shoulder.

She said "Yeah she knows that trick." D1 eventually did go to her so they could eat some cereal as a snack.

This morning I received a $513.00 bill from the pediatrician. W has let D1's insurance lapse - so I'm going to be paying half of that and then point fingers I guess.

So any thoughts on my above post?

If possible get your daughter insured now. How irresponsible was that for your wife to do that? She could have at least let you know she was going to do it.

God forbid the child gets sick with no insurance coverage!

I had even let her know in advance she needed to reapply for coverage. She didn't bother doing it, and only contacted me last night to ask about it.

Anyway:

Just submitted 300 questions for W's deposition to my lawyer...

I don't expect she'll show up, but if she does I think she will be in for a rude awakening. Lots of them are emotionally loaded though.

Eh, I'll be surprised if she doesn't offer to settle rather than go through deposition. Who wants to go through that?

What is all your motivation for the questions- is it just dd?

I'm anticipating she goes "lalala" and doesn't participate in the D any longer...

All my questions relate to a variety of subjects, all relating to custody/false allegations.

Well I settled for stuff just for the kids. I got no child support (he pays for daycare only)- and I walked from the house, the cars, almost everything. I'm just telling you to expect a huge backlash- she's going to be mad as you know what when she gets the interrogatories. Not sure if I spelled that correctly!

She isn't wanting to settle. She has required me to fight for every inch of ground I've taken - regardless of the fact that her court case is imploding. 90% of my evidence comes from her actions and behavior. She is shooting herself in the foot the whole way through... especially by not showing up for the psych eval hearing. As a mother... what place is more important to be than a hearing which may determine custody of your child?
