Really Kevin are you serious. You don't think she remembered? She has a L right he reminded her. What the he!! difference does it make, I know your happy about it but why? It means nothing at all.
It's not like this is a criminal case where double jeopardy applies, she could refile tomorrow. You have way too much energy invested into her filing or not. What are you going to do when she does file?
Kev I'm very worried that you'll be worse off than when you started this process when she does file...Almost all your happiness is dependent of what she is or isn't doing and that is unhealthy.
