Thank you, I work at a desk, so I don't really have any exposure to anything on a regular basis. I discoverd I had this 7 years ago, and honestly just living , getting colds, etc. , will wear down your lungs if you have this disease.My mother died from this at 42. She smoked 2-3 packs a day.So I was exposed at an early age until I was 16. I live in an area where the air is clean. I believe the Lord was taking care of me when I moved up here many years ago.Yes i have to avoid second hand smoke, getting sick, chemicals etc.Right now it is more of a hassle. Because my list of cannot do is getting larger than my can do list.
