Well, I get to go with W to close on her house, which is happening today! I have to sign the quit claim deed. I don't remember when she signed the one on "my" house, it needs to be done, so it isn't a big deal.
She won't get the keys today, though, as the sale has to be recorded first. S19's friend pointed out that in Arizona you can walk out of the store with a gun, but you have to wait to get your keys!
