Dan told me Monday (he called late in the evening after kids were in bed) that he did tell the Pastor he wanted to talk and Pastor said he would set something up once he got back in town...we shall see...
Also tonight is Dan's night with the kids, I think I will go to the Y again and work out, maybe go tan, not sure yet. Just know I will go do something I want to do!
That is the plan this summer. Get my house in order, literally and figuratively. Clean and organize the house. Get rid of things I don't want/use/need. Get my yard looking good. Get my body looking/feeling good. Spend time with my kids. They have summer reading club/swim lessons/karate, so it will be a full summer.
We went this morning to the local coffee shop, a high school friend opened it a few years back. We are going to go once a week for muffins (kids) and coffee (me). Simple pleasures. Her sister got her a sign to put over the cash register. It says, "She said she would. And she did." To honor her courage in having a dream and opening her own business.
