True, You are not by yourself when it comes to nosy neighbors. I have the same problem, but not to the extent that you do. If your neighbor continues to ask about when you are getting things done, just smile and say, they are on my list of things to do. You owe him no explanaton as he's not paying for your place or the work to be done. People like that have no life what so ever.
