Good. There are plenty of "survival" stories out there. Many in this site. See Smartcookie's thread if you get a chance. Weirdly, the women who are LBSers and end up div, well, believe it or not, a few years later they seem to feel a heck of a lot better and I'm talking like 95% of them are HAPPIER than they were before...no lie.
Don't know what to make of it, but maybe the growth, the spiritual journey inward, and figuring out that what they had kind of sucked for a long time, all hits them. I was just having this discussion with someone yesterday. She was soo content and soo much happier, and said she keeps in touch with former DBers and they feel the same. So, well, wth? May as well fully realize that you'll be okay no matter what. And you will be. And no, thinking this way does not make your h stay away.
It makes you more realistic about your future, and HAPPIER, and that is not a jinxer or bad omen or whatever else your fears might tell you. It's healthy stuff.
