Trying to detach from the madness!

Exh gives me so much anxiety. I get a sick feeling when I see him.

I just went out to lunch with my sister and my oldest D. I look up and there is exh at the bank. He doesn't see us but I just watched him from the window. I felt a pit in my stomach and it sure wasn't butterflies! Nervous, anxious, and fear. Wasn't a good feeling at all.

Strange thing was he said his cs would be late due to him not working. He was working today!
