Thanks. Everything you've said is spot on what I've been thinking. I think what I'm going to do is play it by ear. See how things go for the next few days and if I see her withdrawing even more, then I'll bring it up.
This really is a tough call because she's a nurse and he's a doctor and they work in the same department. I think she has it in her head that it's like Grey's Anatomy where everyone sleeps with each other with no emotional attachment whatsoever.
And since she hasn't told me specifically that she wants to work on the M, then I'm afraid me giving her the ultimatum will give her the "excuse" she needs to leave with a clear conscience.
