KS, forgot to thank you for saying I was hysterical. In some places it's just not as welcome as here! At my workplace they recently did a yearly employee survey looking for ideas they'll never implement but then they can say they asked. I answered in true Whatis fashion:
What is working well here?
The toilets flush
What could be improved here?
Toothpicks in the lunchroom would be nice.
What would improve our functioning as a team?
Team leather jackets with "Born to empathize" on the back
What social outings would you be interested in?
Door knocking with the Jehovah Witnesses UFO spotting outings A Shopping trip to buy Chia Pets Therapeutic bug petting
Are there any courses you would be interested in taking?
I'd like to take the "Bounty Hunting For Fun" course at the Learning Annex.
What could help to lessen stress?
Have a "dress like a clown" day Laughing meditations
Now these surveys are supposed to be anonymous yet mine was returned to me with a sticky note reading "Please submit something useful". I just don't get it, how'd they know?
