Sunshine, I think he assumes / knows you want to talk to him, so maybe he said that to pacify you, or maybe he is afraid of what he actually might say to you. Yes it is a kind of arrogance that you will actually want to talk to him eventually when he is ready but that is the mind of a MLC er/ WAW. Who knows what he meant and more to the point who cares.
