Friday, DH got here around 4-4:30. I had already decided to order pizza for dinner, since the kids and I go to a relate group/bible study on the first and third Friday of the month. When I mentioned ordering pizza, DH offered to go pick something up for dinner. I told him that it was okay, as I had already ordered the pizza online.
So, another family dinner. S3 was staying home with D17 instead of going to relate group. I changed my shirt to go to group--I had gotten sauce on the one I had on while cleaning up S3. When I came out of the bedroom to put my shoes on, D6 says "Mommy you are hot." DH kind of chuckled and told her she was a nut. Of course, he did not agree or disagree with her--either might mean he noticed.
I bent over to put on my shoes and my shirt was a little low cut--Yes, Phoenixdeux, I bent over right in front of him. When I stood up, I thought he looked away quickly. i hope he got a good eyeful!
As I gathered my purse and keys, I asked would he be here when we got home around 9-9:30. He said sure. I wasn't inviting, just asking for my one benefit of knowing whether or not he would be here. Earlier, D9 asked him if he was staying over so we could get an early start to go to the park. I did not here his answer. D9 later told me he said no, we could pick him up from SIL's as we had to drive right past it to go to the park. I am fairly certain he declined to stay because of my comment back in April about how I did not want him staying here as it was not good for the kids. If he had said yes, his options were going to be the sofa or our room--D9's counselor said to not let him sleep in her room and there is no spare bed in any of the other rooms. I am sure that would have sent him back to SIL's real quick!
He ended up leaving around 10-10:30. He had put S3 to bed while I was gone. I mentioned that I was getting the kids bagels for breakfast and asked him did he want his favorite kind. He said oh, yeah, that would be great thanks. Said he would see us in the morning and to call when we were on the way, that he would give me different directions to SIL's that are faster.
So that was Friday.
