aliveandkicking...thank you. you made me feel better. I have DR and am putting the plan into action. despite some setbacks that are really discouraging, I have seen signs of hope here and there. it is just hard because he keeps pushing thru in his efforts to move on. i think it is time i go dark and limit my interactions with him as much as I can with two kids. how do i get to a thread with your story? ours seem sorta similar. i really appreciate your input!
