Wow Ali, that was some night and some very mixed emotions. Maybe thats why they say to take it slow.
I think all the thoughts of Helen are very normal, like you say you haven't given her much headroom up 'til now-all good DBing but when your brought face to face with her existance so to speak pretty hard to ignor.
