I tried to help her over the phone, but she wasn't gettting anywhere and was getting really frustrated.

"Gee, that's to bad" and end it there.

Ultimately offered that she could bring over her laptop and I could try and get it set up.

She needs to figure it out for herself, see the real effect of pushing you out of her life.
