I wanted to share with ya'll the poem my D16 wrote for her english final. it broke my heart, trying to decide if we should email it to H or not.

here it is.



You have been there for me

For a sum of ten years now

It is hard to understand how

You did this to our Family



I thought you were happy

I thought that you loved me

Now I come to see

You have a new Family



He is almost three

You hid him for so long

What made you mention him now

Do you like to cause this hurt?



I do not think that you see

All of the pain this causes me

On the outside you cannot tell

But on the inside it kills me
