No, my name is not on the title. He went in and made plans to buy it before telling me about it. It was just paid off in February. He is selling it for almost a grand below the bluebook on it. I know he will probably put it toward the credit card debts--or at least that is what he said his plans were the last time he mentioned selling it. If he is going to do that, I could insist it go on the only joint account we have, but then he needs to stop using the joint card. Of course, he says he cannot file because he wants to pay off the debt before then.
I am kind of bummed about him selling it, as I just found someplace we could ride it while he was on deployment.
