FIB: Was reading your thread, and can understand your feeling. My D13 still asks about her SF. It is hard not to bad mouth him, especially because he is NOT her father, but in the end, I would like her to remember him with love.
It is good that your son still feels loved by his mother. So many times, the children suffer because the MLC'er is so self consumed that they cannot even see the harm they are causing the children. A child needs to feel loved, safe and secure, and if she is giving him that, then that is a positive thing.
