So.. my ex just phoned me for a Sunday afternoon chat! Hour and 10 mins. He was warm and sweet and sounds more relaxed, sounds like he has got away from her and I imagine he is starting to feel relieved about that. He volunteered what he had been up to, with whom for Friday night, Saturday, Saturday night, this morning, his plans for this evening. He admitted he went out in the village Friday night with MF's but "wasnt really in a good mood" but they took him out for a drink.. so I am guessing he didnt see Helen again after dumping her Thursday! It felt like he was trying to let me know he had a "male only" weekend.
He was very supportive about my art. I noticed he sounded calmer, warmer and less moaney. We dont seem to have plans to meet up as yet, but he knows I am super busy. He said, I better let you go.. get back to your sound editing. So all round, it was a nice conversation.
