FIB, In my case the W was trying to get me to leave the house - hinting I could stay with this person and that. I stood my ground and ultimately the court ordered her out with 30 day's notice. It did sober her up a bit but she became more bitter after that. Remember that nobody wins in this business except the legal industry and that's exactly how I felt at the court - it made me sick to my stomach. But given the 'sitch' you have no better option but to stand your ground. Sometimes I wish I had ordered the W out myself earlier when she refused to work on the M - there's a fellow 'carlos' who somehow did just that and is the better for it.
