Ali, just a thought about x's call re credit card. Would it be possible for you to transfer the debt into or onto a card in your name. I believe it is for a lot of money,it might be a 180 for you and for him to see a different side to you as I think you have quite a relaxed attitude to debt (assuming here I am afraid) It would also be an indicator to him that in all area's of your life you have changed and moving ahead, might make him see or think that you will not be sat around waiting for him to a, end it with Helen and b, decide if he wants to come back to you. Just might make him think! As you are already paying the card off,I guess financially you could manage it.
