I don't think you should wait too long to answer those questions. For your own piece of mind, you should know those answers and while you may not feel like doing that work right now, I think you should put one foot in front of the other and work out your own feelings. Know yourself. You should like yourself. It would help with that sex problem. I mean back problem

If that does not produce results lie on your back on the floor with your legs bent, knees up. Tuck your abdomen in so that your lower back goes flush with the floor. Repeat this several times at least twice a day. This strengthens the muscles of the lower back so it can support your upper body.
FIB, I need a dictionary for what you quoted. I understood but need to read again. I may had the one attitude for years and then suddenly changed to the other (after I M H and my kids were born). You see, I have another D, not a difficult one, weird situation and I dont feel like we gave up on a M but my mentality has been "this time it will work" because everybody else like my close family did consider it as a M. Ohhh too hard to explain.

K, I finally had the chance to read through your past few threads (couldn't go back to the beginning, just to many:-) and see hat we have a lot of the same issues going on. I don't have any advice, but I do have a whole lot of respect for you and what you've been through, and your ability to persevere.
I hope things improve for you, and actually I do have one small piece of advice. Acupuncture can be great for lower back pain, but my acupuncturist actually introduced me to a self treatment method that is helpful for not only back pain, but many other physical and emotional pains. I'm not sure if you are familiar with EFT, but it has done wonders for me. It's easy, free, self administered, and there is a great ebook to learn about it at emofree.com , also free.
I have been fighting with some back problems too. Stress from school and the OW and STBXH and the D. It has definitely gotten better though as I have worked thought some of it.
Then I started dating RB...who used to work as a massage therapist. Now I get regular ones in return for food or sexual favors. Seriously though, I still pay to go get a one-hour massage once a month. It makes all the difference in the world.

Oh the other good one is to lie on your back, draw your knees up to your chest and hold your arms over your knees to hold them there.. then rock, side to side, slowly, gently.. roll your spine on the floor. Feels lovely! Alexander technique I think.
And yes, acupuncture did more in 2 sessions than 3 months with the chiropractor.
Failing that, come visit me and we can sh*g some 24 year olds, they will have so much energy, its fine, we can just lie there and take it
