Yes, he is an L. He did email that he forgot Sunday was mother's day so I can have the kids Sunday so that's good at least.
I would hate to think he purposely would hurt D9 like that. Besides if he did I think it backfired, the evaluator said her testing was very variable, and S15 will be even more so.
She said she thought after talking to H, they were going to do the complete testing. I was thinking maybe I should doublecheck with the L, tell her what's going on, so she's up to date on that stuff. B/c what's to stop him from getting the first half of testing and then just saying not going to do or pay for the rest?
