You (and another post, think it was dburt on another thread) inspired me to shop for "undergarments" this am. Cute! Lime Green (muted) and Light Purple! And, a nightgown to match!
This no white thing is working. It really reduces the belly fat. (Sounds appetizing, eh? LOL) I'm not REALLY that overweight, but I would like to take off 15 lbs. I carry most of it in my belly (thank GOD for SPANX) and boobs (wouldn't mind keeping those!). But lately, it appears gravity is making everything sag. I even found some sagging skin next to my knees! GROSS!! That's new!
I'll get where you think I should be. I'm terrified though! It was a month ago that I freaked him out again, and he said nothing's changed, blahblahblah... I don't get it. He "acts" like he likes me. Seeks my opinion on things, finds me to tell a story to, engages me when he's home, etc... We're just missing the intimate connection (emotionally and physically), and he's NOT easily backing off, or proactively working to get it back. Funny, his family is odd... He has two brother's he doesn't even speak to (wrote them off - issues as a business partner, etc...). His mom was gone before we met, and his dad was odd, too (since passed away). I kind of get the feeling that his parents co-existed (even though they had five kids, and my FIL was 50 when they had my H.
I guess I'm just not sure what to do. We've never TALKED about things when I hadn't blown up first, and blew up his phone w/calls and txt's. He will NOT leave our kids. I'm 99.999999% sure of that. I will NOT live this loneliness for a lot longer.
Sigh.

-- Stopped pursuing him non-stop -- Stopped calling/txt'ing him non-stop (Now, only 1x/day if he's traveling -- Polished my appearance -- Upbeat, mood -- Less arguing w/D17 in his presence (he thought this was a stressor) -- Becoming financially responsible -- Stopped emotional explosions (1x only - 1 month ago - used to be almost weekly) -- Try and really listen to him (he said I didn't listen a lot... until he got mad and acted like an as$hole.)
OK, what the hell more does he want?

um, why are you texting/calling even 1 time a day??? Does he call you twice a day? IMHO, only contact him half of what he contacts you. I'm thinking that he has seen you as needy, so show him you don't need him by your actions.
also, these 180s are good, but what are you doing for you? like, Nikki on here took belly dancing classes, went on some vaca's by herself to some cool places.

H does call me, sometimes 2-3 times per day. But, he doesn't call everyday. We both call each other, mostly, when we need something. I used to call/txt him non-stop, temperature checking, hoping for some hope in his voice, etc... He works out of town during the week, and I handle some of the financial stuff for his business, as well as scheduling our lives. I'll try and cut back on the 1x/day, as well...
ST - I have no problem doing things for me. I have great friends that I have cocktail lunches with, am going to start playing tennis again, walk with friends 3-4 times/week, have a "de-stress" night w/some of the "6th Grade Mom's", etc...
Hobbies? I'm most athletic. I like tennis. I like walking. I used to love to be on the Mom's soccer team (only Mom on the team w/consistent yellow cards!)but games were LATE on Monday evenings (Sucked). I love my job. I love to make cash.

Busy day! 9am track meet for S12. He did NOT qualify for state in the 800 again! UGH! They had him run six events today, as everyone was calling in sick! So, he did the 100, 4x200, and 400 BEFORE the 800! He just didn't have it in him. Last chance is on Tuesday! Cross your fingers!
THEN had to take S12 to his State Cup tournament soccer game. I have NEVER seen a kids club game so physical. These boys were straight up from the hood, used to playing street ball. Not sure HOW they got players passes, etc... They must have been bought. S12 is 5'2 and is celebrating because he finally hit 80 lbs! He is on the tall side, and both people he was marking were at least 5'8 and 135+ lbs! I thought he was going to break in half. But, he wouldn't get out of their shorts! We lost 3-5, and ended up with 3 yellow cards and a red. One of the yellow's was S12, and it was in the box. Yes, they had a free kick that was one of their 5!
S9 is actually in a soccer tournament this weekend (same facility as S12). They played three games, and won them all. He's the keeper, but played the field some. S9 LOVED the first game. He played his old team, and was smiling ear to ear when they beat them.
D17 is at her second prom! She looked stunning! We had pics this afternoon. LONG night of keeping track of teenage heathens! UGH
