Just expressing your concerns... G, this goes beyond just expressing discomfort, is about cutting yourself loose from this person, for both your sakes. Guess there is no perfect way to break up with anyone, you have already apologized tons and have let him have it at you--so the only thing left is to tell him one last time that you are sorry you got into an R with him before you were ready, that you do care for him but that at the moment you have not healed well and can't be the person he wants you to be. My guess is he'll lash out at you so make sure you let him know right away that you can't and won't allow that kind of talk with you anymore. You can do it.
