You should feel better. Not just for the walk, but because things are changing. I always find that as things change in my situation, my emotions go NUTZ. But I realize that's normal. Now when things change, I check myself to see why I feel different. It's like a dance. You each have a part, but in this case there is no eye contact \:\)

Hang in there. You're doing well and things are changing. Slowly, but they are changing for the better.
