(((Ali))) Nope, not my birthday just a present from his weekend away. I am really pleased with the way things are going. Even if it doesn't progress I just am really proud that it got this far. I hated the fact that he couldn't talk to me and it seemed there was nothing I could do.
Lets hope it continues...
BTW Ms M, thank you for your words yesterday they totally helped me put things in perspective and I kicked the mothering instinct right out the door where it belongs! I was in so much a better frame of mind for the meet up today.
