Things are rather 'unsettled' still for me right now.
My darling has been in the hospital now for over a week and probably will need to stay in for the remainder of this week. Her post-op infections were very, very serious and scary for her and me. They were throwing around terms like sepsis, pseudomona & MRSA. I think the doctors at the hospital were just 'shootin in the dark' not quite knowing what they were dealing with.
The best news for now is that she seems to be steadily improving. She was swithed over to oral anti-biotics yesterday rather than the IV. That is a good sign.
As for me, I have to get my butt in gear and get moved out of my apartment over the next week and a half.
Off to get some rest and hopefully attain some motivation to pack up my stuff for the move.
