It's a tough call, there! I think the CEO is really doing the right thing, for the present, as is Lisa. He isn't going to fire Lisa, and as long as she works for him, I don't think there is going to be any more between them. So, it really comes down to her decision on that matter. It's an uncomfortable situation, but that's the way of that sort of thing! That's how it looks to me, anyway. The only thing I can think that he might do is to help her find a job elsewhere.....
