HI, Glam!!!

I have been lurking and reading your thread. I know it is tough for you and your family.

My menu for the week consists of turkey casserole and turkey quesadillas.

I cooked a Honeysuckle turkey yesterday and made two large casseroles lastnight. It was very economical. Very easy: I just layer the following:
mashed potatoes, stuffing, mixed frozen vegetables, turkey and top it with turkey juices or gravy and bake for about 30 minutes.

MWG you are making my mouth water. Yeah I am in a tough situation. I am also growing tired and the grass is looking greener on the other side, so to speak. Just wondering what I am hanging on to.

I am still detoxing my body, but the food sounds good. I have always enjoyed hearing about your cooking.

You can do a box stuffing or from scratch.

I really cannot stand bitter people. It brings the rest of the group down and that is the last thing they need when reading these threads.

Why should you give a crap whether my husband is with the OW and has no job? Maybe he is not with other woman.

Give it up already. And please do not post on my threads anymore, braveheart.

MWG, I am not being negative nor discouraging, you are a spiritual person, therefore the truth should not offend you. I really don't give a crap if your H is with someone else or not, I am FAR from bitter, and on the contrary to your thinking, this board needs lots of people like me who are honest about things and not spread some B.S.

If someone does not have something nice to say, please refrain from posting on my threads.

People who come here are not seeking anger, bitterness, negativity.

MWG, we will turn this into a recipe exchange.I would like to saute my wayward husband.

He keeps supporting me but won't move home. Like yours. I am not a prayerful stander. Well I am, by default.

Please do not be a stranger here. Sad lurkers do admire you. Please forgive Braveheart. We do need to keep real about how things are. Reading what she typed to you, helped me.

Blue Mushrooms:

de-stem mushrooms
bathe caps in balsamic vinegar
annoint with olive oil
stuff with blue cheese.

gently toast in toaster oven or
wherever, for moments...

No, this is not going to be a recipe exchange and I find very little humor in it. And no, I am not living in fantasy.

What is really sad is that I am sure if some had it to do all over again, they would do it differently but to come across as bitter, angry, as if to say that the way one person deals with their individual situation is not right or that they are living a fantasy is just plain wrong.

I feel for the new people here who come and read this and see that some of what is posted comes across as mean-spirited, childish and very uncalled for. Then they walk away and say to themselves, "Gee, maybe their spouses left them for the way they come across here...."

No two people are alike and therefore what works for one, may not work for the other.

I really have nothing more to add but Braveheart, I would suggest you begin your own thread and have your fun there, not at someone else's expense.

People do come here to learn, listen, cry, and seek comfort.
