I also think that you can have your friends help you. People from church & from the theater. We always asked our friends to help us move and it worked out fine. Ex always hated to ask people so rarely did his friends show up but those that did got pizza/sandwiches and soda/beer so that seemed to make everyone happy.

You can do this. A new beginning without any ghosts. Who wouldn't love that?
