On another note, I know how hard this choice has been especially because of the kids, we both agree that I too am staying for that very reason.

You are making a bid decision, but I think at this point it is the right one, but not any easy one.

I do agree with OT, she WILL look out for herself, and you have to protect your yourself because knowone else will.

Bigger and better things are in store for you.
