In a "best interests of the child" case unless it was illegally obtained I can basically admit anything into evidence.

One-party consent to recording here, running my own video, journaling, and using my computer expertise to obtain any evidence she has online. Wrote a computer program to archive/format the journal and had a PDF created and took it to Office Depot and had 3 copies professionally bound ($80). Took a highlighter and created an index for the attorney.

I've dedicated dozens of hours to building evidence and collating it for easy understanding for the attorneys/judge who may have shorter attention spans.

I'm very focused and very intent on accomplishing my objective.
