All,

It would seem I'm a whole lot better at busting up affairs than I am at healing my own marriage.

When the Teacher Becomes the Student

I may not be posting as much for awhile, as I focus on my own sitch, but I wanted to let everyone know what was going on with me.

thanks,

Yes, He sure does.

I get a daily Bible verse sent to me each day. I signed up for them two years ago, when I was going thru my wife's affair sitch, and I was constantly amazed at the spot-on encouragement and direction they provided me. And recently, again, it's been almost scary.

Here's today's:

Quote:
What the Lord Is Saying Today

April 14, 2009.
Setting sail. Becoming unsettled in times like these is unnerving. You hoped it would not come to this. But I tell you making this next move is of Me. You are blessed. You have enjoyed My blessings over and over again. Many have been raised up and touched to help you. I have granted you honor. Others have put laurels on your head. I tell you this is of Me. I am not only your protector but also I am your provider. As you set sail, the navigation is Mine. The destination is Mine. I will not promise there will be no storms. There may even be some pirates along the way to rob you. My blessings will actually never leave you, even if it appears that they have. But in the end, you are Mine, bought with a price. You are priceless. Acts 28:10 "They also honored us with many marks of respect; and when we were setting sail, they supplied us with all we needed." Ras Robinson

Puppy,

Very sad to hear that but I understand where you are coming from. Thank you so much for the advice and help you have given me in the short time I have been here and it's through a lot of your insight that I'm as strong as I am today with my sitch. I'll say a prayer for you and hope things go as smoothly as possible in this.

I'm sorry to read about your current sitch, Puppy. I can only speak for myself when I say that your advice and 2x4s have been a godsend for me, and I suspect for a great many others here. You and your family are in my prayers today.

Thanks, Burt. I was hoping I could join your ranks as a success story, but I can honestly say that I gave this everything I had. Going back to the old "Chocolateeyes" days and then even way, way before, this has been a 15-18 year battle that not only wasn't improving, it was getting worse.

Life's just too short.

Puppy we all deserve a great life, I sure do believe you gave it everything you had, and in my eyes you are a success story.
