However, I do realize that I'm in a bit of a funk right now. I'm down and not motivated to do anything this week while I'm off. NOT GOOD!

So, I need to kick myself in the a$$ and get moving starting 1st thing tomorrow. NO more eating poorly. No more skipping the gym.

Even if I don't want to do it, tomorrow is the day I'll be getting up early and not sleeping in and hitting the gym.

Sorry to vent, but I'm just glad I realized it today so I can act on it.
