How often does your W call you or correspond with you? I'm just curious. Does she seem happy?

My W only calls about kid stuff, especially about S15's games as she is either late or not coming as much as she has in the past. We can go a day or so without contact. I usually wait for her to initiate something unless I need to tell her about one of the kids. I'm not sure if she is happy or not as we mostly converse by text messages. She seems fine when I see/talk with her at the games or if we happen to pass each other in the mornings. I'd say she is not as happy as she was at first or thought she would be as she lost many friends and family members because either she cut them out of her life or they are just mad at her. She doesn't believe people will forgive her for her actions these last few months.

It sounds like you had a nice Easter. You are fortunate to have family closeby. That's awesome.

Yes, Easter was a blast and I'm fortunate to have most of my family within driving distance.

BTW, I made the most amazing carrot cake for Easter. I bought it to a family get-together and a lot of people said it was the best carrot cake they've ever had. Have you ever heard ot the Silver Palate cookbook? I belong to a recipe list (even though I rarely cook!!!) and while trying to find their white cake recipe for a friend, I heard about the famous carrot cake!!! Yummmmmm it really is extremely good.

I'll have to look up the Silver Palate cookbook sounds good. I would of loved to try your carrot cake - Maybe one day I'll try to make it
