Just wanted to post a quick reply to you. Sorry you're here, but welcome! You'll find lots of people in similat sitches here that can help you with what you're going through!

What I would do first is try to keep your mind off of things by doing some activities by yourself, things you enjoy doing. You'll probably have to force yourself to get out of the house, but you have to do it! Go see a movie, whatever hobbies you might have... Exercise, it makes you physically feel better AND it gets you in shape (I don't know if you are right now or not..)
