Definitely don't overanalyze. That's a very good suggestion that I need to remind myself of every couple of days. Try to hold on to major independent pearl!
Not sure if you picked up some PMA from your experience at the sports bar, but at least it kept your mind off of things for a little bit, even if it was icky!
