Breton, Good for you!!! Don't worry about the speed. Is this a race? No its not! Slow and steady wins the race, remember that! I know that you have to be hurting a little doing the pilates, but if you can work through the pain, I think it will help you in the long run. Don't get down about it Breton, we have to endure things. I just found out yesterday that I have to have surgery on my shoulder. I will be out 6 weeks, but we bounce right back!
