Wiki ectopic pregnancies and see for your self. This is really bizarre. BTW, many pregnancies start as fertilized eggs in the Fallopian Tubes then travel down to the uterus. If they implant on the tube then it's a "tubal" or ectopic pregnancy. Again an emergency- severe pain etc.


Hey June...

I just got done with another convo with her. She was explaining her sitch. Evidently, she just missed her fist period; she had an IUD in that supposedly was to last 5 years. Her doc pulled it out yesterday and discovered that it wasn't in all the way and indicated that usually means a tubal. She is supposedly only 5.5 half weeks along. She is scheduled for an ultrasound next week; while the doc said he wouldn't be able to see anything in the uterus; he would be able to interrogate the tubes and check for a mass. If there is a mass; he'll have to do surgery to remove it.

That's what I know.
