Hey, he helped cut it up eventually, 3 or 4 months later, don't forget.
OK, I had a day from you know where today. Rough. Started out with the mortgage company, they finally would talk to me today after getting H's consent, and I gave them my little income including alimony & child support & they said I have too much debt and too little income for them to work with me. They said to call if anything changes (and I win the lotto or something I guess)!
Then I was doing my 4 hour walking job and lost my cell phone. I had it stuck in a pocket and I guess with all the walking, bending, and climbing I do it fell out and I didn't even hear it!!! So crappy day. So tomorrow need to get a replacement phone I guess, and find a place to live, and start moving....I'm tired just thinking about all I need to do. But about to eat a hot fudge sundae--chocolate therapy!!!
Did you find your phone? If not make sure you contact the carrier to cancel the sim card and get a replacement phone. Or do you need me to call you to see if you can hear it?

No, it fell out of my pants pocket when I was working yesterday somewhere in this HUGE development 2 towns away. I retraced my steps, and another nice guy from the same place I work also helped look for it too, but it's like a needle in a haystack. I was kind of hoping someone might call one of the phone #s I have in there or something. I guess if I don't hear anything by tomorrow I'll do that. It's AT&T and H was saying there is a huge replacement fee, so I'm hoping that's not true.
Been looking for jobs and places to live today in my spare time. No one wants a large dog esp. with the lower paying rents I'm looking at, so that's a major problem right now. I've got rehearsal tonight and then want to force myself to do an hour or 2 packing tonight. I guess if I ever get settled & a permanent job I won't know what to do with all the free time!!! Right now, I'm thinking sleep sounds good though. Karen
I would contact AT&T and let them know that the phone is lost otherwise you may end up with any calls made on the phone. S13 took then h's phone on a fieldtrip, lost it and in the couple of hours before it was reported, several calls had been made. Once I reported it, they couldn't use that sim card anymore. I would at least talk to them. I know, like you don't have enough going on already!!

Ok, picked up the kids today at the halfway spot. H was late b/c he left his lights on and guess he had to charge them. I just waited the 30 minutes and was no big deal at that. Could have happened to anybody, and I always carry a book so I was fine.
The kids jump in my car, didn't say goodbye, and D9 was talking about the park day today she was excited about (with other hs kids there). H seemed a little sad or something, he seemed left out a bit. The kids said he said he would make sandwiches for them for lunch, but he forgot, so I fed them as soon as we got home.
I called & canceled the phone and then tried to order a replacement but they refuse to send me one even when I was paying for it, said they can only send to H. So I emailed H and told him canceled the phone but #with the replacement. He emails me he wants to meet me at the mall tomorrow and will pick up a replacement for me and give me the support/alimony check. I'm thinking about just emailing him I'll try to get a replacement myself tomorrow, maybe call the store first and see what they say. And he can drop off the check when he is able to. (He's consistently late with it every time, but when we get the final D hearing, I plan to have him ordered to do it through his job b/c of that. I just don't want to see him a 5th time this week (I already see him 4 times a week with pickups/dropoffs of the kids). Ideas or suggestions on this?
Karen, I think you should try to do it yourself. Go in the store in person, and use your incredible charm and persuasion. I'm betting you can get it done without him (and wouldn't THAT be sweet???)
Karen, before I put a lock down on my former joint cell acct.; my W was able to do anything she wanted to to her phone service without my involvement.
Once she stepped out, I put her on the "kid" plan and locked it down. It was pretty humorous the first night when she hit her text message limit. It was 1:40 in the morning; it was also the first time she ever called me while she was out at the clubs.
Ok, y'all. I sent an email to H saying I'm going to handle it myself tomorrow and just drop off the check when he's able. I am woman! Didn't email the last part but was thinking it.
Now, I guess I better get the pink top ready!!! Hope you have sweet (or at least fun) dreams tonight! Karen
