Goals for this week
- Do my own thing at home.
- Don't react to what W says or does.
- Avoid negative thoughts about W. Remember what she went through and what end goal is.
- Don't obsess about what W is doing or not doing or has done with OW. In long run it doesn't matter. I want to work through this and reconcile either way.
- Don't call or txt during the day
- Find ways to show appreciation or small acts of kindness.
