Well, I doubt I will be apologizing. I just received a proposal for the home by our lawyer and it falls short of my expectations and our verbal agreement which dates to a year or so ago.
One thing is for sure, I will not take less than what I put into the damn house regardless of the market conditions.
Something tells me we have entered into another phase and it (our relations) will probably be colder before they get warmer.
