I know!!! Thanks for giving me that extra kick in the butt on this last week.
This morning, we were having a playful debate over the "right" order to stack the baby's wooden sandwich - lettuce or tomato last/against the bread... (I think tomato makes the bread too soggy, he thinks the tomato makes the cheese too wet...) Then I was googling references to be extra ridiculous (in a funny way) and argue my point... Then, I stopped myself when I realized that we were wasting all this time being playful when we should be "being playful". I straddled him and made out with him. He was both surprised and receptive. And then I went about my business making French Toast.
He made the next move this afternoon. : )
